This industrial-style production office located in the heart of the Financial District in Manhattan works perfectly for any film and photo needs. The space has been used as a podcast set and has hosted a variety of film and television shoots. Tons of exposed brick and wood-beam ceilings make this space ideal for industrial-style shoots while maintaining practicality and comfort. Barring a single private office, guests will have access to the entire 4th floor - including a kitchen area, 2 bathrooms, couches, chairs, and desks. The space is climate controlled (Central AC / Heating Unit), accessible by elevator, and generally unaffected by exterior / outdoor noises. While the 4th floor is spacious, we ask that the number of guests is kept to a maximum of 10.
