About the Space

Incredible historic building. The former "Flexible Flyer Factory". Not many of these buildings remain for filming work in Philadelphia, that are not being actively developed and are in a safe condition for filming. Gated off street parking! Amazing light well & 360 skyline. Gated for production parking. We also can clean up any space & allow temporary construction modifications and set builds. Incredible setting for a horror film, crime movie, post apocalyptic setting, war movie, music video or more!!! Large building with lots of space, urban and old graffiti with varying looks, an abandoned vibe, and stunning skyline view and one of a kind basement lightwell. To provide access we prefer to work with major productions as we have at other buildings, or productions that meet the daily rate and are fully insured. *Electric available, but no wifi or modern toilets (porta potty outside).
