WIFI: Swift Studios (password: Swifty13) Studio 1: This smaller studio is available for simpler productions, portrait sessions, or product shots. A wall of windows in Studio 1 provides ample natural light—especially in the morning. Plus, it can be useful as a conference room or pre production office. Studio 2: The 900 square-feet spa includes a separate Kohler soaking tub with a moveable surround and an extra-large shower with a waterfall shower head for beauty and bath campaigns. The room also incorporates three separate vanity set-ups for hair and makeup shoots, including one faux sink, so there’s space for multiple photoshoots at once. Studio 3/4: Ideal for fashion shoots, this space is designed for the style-conscious in mind. Photographers, fashion houses, and e-commerce brands can use every inch of the 2500 square-feet space. The room features a wall of windows with sweeping city views and clean color palette finish, using Benjamin Moore Decorator White. Studio 5: This studio is also ideal for more pared-back productions, simple and ready to be transformed to fit your vision. This studio is perfect for a still life set, living room, or even a bedroom. There is also a moveable 8’ x 8’ flat available for rent in the studio. The windows in this studio face South for excellent light all day, and this is a good space to use as a holding or working area for your on-set crew. Studio 6: Our prep kitchen and shooting kitchen is the perfect space to create food and lifestyle content, and an excellent backdrop for small gatherings. The 1650 square-feet space features GE: Café Monogram Appliances, Caesarstone countertops, Fireclay Tile, BOXI cabinetry, Benjamin Moore paints, and Hennepin Made lighting. With views stretching up to Central Park, the studio comes with a living area for styled catalog shoots. Cafe: The perfect place to take a second to refresh and recharge, the cafe area features custom made Caesarstone countertops as well as a GE Ice maker and fridge. The smoked glass mirror and matching light fixtures open up the common area and the bar is well stocked, featuring Health Ade kombucha and an assortment of other refreshments. Lounge: Featuring bright light and neutral backdrops, this area serves as a break from the city or a place to enjoy your coffee. This space has design elements like Stuga flooring, a sunken lounge, and unique nooks throughout. Hallway: Our long, bright hallway serves as the perfect connector between our 6 studios, featuring 7’ tall windows all throughout and views of other beautiful NYC Midtown buildings. The archways and 12’ tall ceilings provide an ideal backdrop for any portrait, whether it’s an iPhone selfie or one on a sophisticated professional camera.
