We hosted our son’s 1st birthday party here and Emily was very accommodating. Her team moved some things out for us so that it would be safer for our son to crawl around. The space was perfect because there was a lot of daylight and one of the walls was painted so it became a nice backdrop for photos.
Come shoot at our woman-owned, 855 sq ft studio in the heart of Manhattan. We have a 9-foot seamless paper wall mount. We have sheer curtains for natural light or blackout curtains. Our furniture can make our space into a bedroom (add-on) or living room. We have a mural painted on one wall, but it can be easily covered with seamless paper. You have access to our set decoration collection with wall art, books, plants, and more. Our Hollywood vanity hair and makeup table is shoot-able. We even have a fake pedestal sink you can use to make a bathroom set (see add-ons).
I created this space because I found it difficult to find affordable studios that looked like a "home." So I came up with a solution in this space. It’s designed for influencers, agencies and indie filmmakers.

Our studio is steps away from the Port Authority, four blocks from Penn Station, near Times Square and accessible via Grand Central. We’re near almost every train line. Retail stores like Target and H&M are a 10 min walk. Catering options nearby for lunch and several independent coffee shops on our block.
PLEASE NOTE - at this moment we do not have the pink loveseat or the brown leather couch. We have a gray loveseat, a dark green club chair, a light teal boudoir-style chair, a white stool, two cane-back chairs with yellow velvet seats, and two clear acrylic bar-height chairs.

We work with LVR Rentals across the street, so if you need any rentals beyond what we have in-house, we can rent it for you and at a 20% discount. If you choose to rent gear through us, we can load your gear in the day before your shoot for you.

- Access to freight elevator (opens at 7am and closes at 5pm - let us know if you need it outside of these hours so we can secure access)
- Mini-fridge in studio
- Microwave access in our agency offices one floor up
- Choice of blackout or sheer white curtains - two of our four walls are large windows. We get significant natural light on sunny days until about an hour before sunset.

-All furniture in the studio comes with the studio - no additional charges

Some other important notes:
Audio recording - We’re on the 15th floor. We do not face the street but deal with typical midtown NYC sirens, honks, etc. While we personally shoot our own productions and record audio in this space, it is NOT SOUNDPROOF.
Strictly no confetti or fog machines.

Convenient location. Affordable. Responsive to texts, questions, and inquiries. Was able to set up several different looks in this one space. And the option to rent additional gear at an affordable rate and have it set up prior to arrival was a big plus. Glad I found this space!
