About the Space
Spacious and artistic with an abundance of natural light. The apartment is located in a quiet Santa Monica neighbourhood. The apartment is a mixology of styles: architectural and organic, graphic and instinctual, contemporary and classic, masculine and feminine, raw and refined. The elevation, sage green walls and surrounding bamboo trees add to tranquility and zen like energy of the space and allows for a feeling of escape from the hustle and intensity of LA. The space has both natural wooden floors and laminate wooden floors with an all white kitchen, including the stove top and fridge and blush speckled granite counter tops. Such a great location, quiet neighborhood, great natural light in the living room, plus Zakeeya is so accommodating and generous, you really can't go wrong with this one. We even needed some last minute adjustments to our rental times, and Zakeeya made it so swift and easy. If you're in the market for an apartment space, would absolutely recommend giving this one a look!
