Approx. ~600 sq. ft studio space with 15 ft high ceilings, a 15 ft x 13 ft cyclorama wall, client lounge area and wardrobe rack. We offer additional grip and lighting equipment available for rent if you need it. There is a ground-level 10 ft garage door access with a freight elevator and metered parking spaces, parking lots nearby and free visitor street parking. Amenities: include the lighting house grip package, water/seltzer in the mini fridge, electrical power cables, speaker system, WiFi and more. The studio is a creative space focusing on photography, film and content production and a rental studio supporting creatives, youth, womxn and people of color. The space is ideal for filming interviews, product videos, headshots, teams, groups, e-commerce, product photography, portraits, fashion, modeling, etc. The working space can be rearranged to the artists' intention given permission prior to the event. There is a bathroom in the building with given code.
