Centrally located just South of Kits, 15 minutes to YVR, 15 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to Main St. Walking distance to local shops. Great for meetings, photoshoots, pop ups and events. This home is a two level home with an open concept floor plan (great for filming) and amazing vaulted ceilings in the living and dining room. The entire Main Floor is available for you. Generally the Master bedroom on the main level is off limits, but this is negotiable. The house was built in the late 50s and updated in 2011. Natural sunlight pours into the house easily, and surrounded by lush foliage (great for outdoor shoots too!) Specs: Approximately 800 sqft. of Interior Space, 400 sqft. of Exterior Space. Ailveen's house was perfect for our shoot. She was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Her house was lovely and she made it easy for scouting and production.
