This big space is perfect for any kind of practice. Here are some examples: PERFORMING ARTS, IMPROV & COMEDY: the space is big enough for you to spread your creative wings and practice your craft if you have an upcoming show. We used to host a weekly open mic and variety shows pre-pandemic here. MUSIC: because it is in the basement, you don't have to worry about the level of the noise which is always a great plus. Bring your instrument and get crazy on it. We don't mind. VIDEO & PHOTO SHOOTS: we do have a green screen as well as a big variety of backdrops for you to use. Natural light is not in abundance in our space that's why we provide a photography lighting kit for you to use. OTHER: in the past, we have hosted events such as yoga classes, group meditations, physical therapies and even dinners with movie nights. This space is really perfect for everything your heart desires.
