This 1930s home centered in Houston's Historic Third Ward retains its original charm with modern and contemporary touches. This space has been curated to provide a relaxing, chill, elegant and aesthetically pleasing experience. The Bungalow is fantastic for a plethora of events such as artist gallery showings, live music, photography, podcast or other intimate events that value natural light in the day and elegant aesthetic touches. Guests will have access to the living area which includes a television equipped with the ability to cast from any device and swivel the television at a 90 degree angle to allow for a wide audience viewing experience. A dining room with a uniquely created dining table from scrap wood to accommodate 8 guests comfortably. Additional white chairs are provided and available for use in the interior and exterior space at your discretion. In addition, a bright kitchen (not inclusive of cook or dining ware), flex space as well as one bedroom and the deck (which includes two 20" floor fans and table). Wall space use is fully customizable to suit your event. Inquire within for more details.
