The first-floor entrance leads into a newly renovated office space (approx. 25′ x 20′) with refinished hardwood floors. French double doors connect to the SkyLofts Gallery, and the space includes a private bathroom and kitchen. Ideal for a lounge area, it can be expanded up to 4,000–5,000 square feet.
