1800 sq. ft. loft in the heart of SoHo. 15' ceilings with original tin. Exposed brick. Floor to ceiling windows with amazing northern light. 2 newly renovated private bathrooms. Beautiful kitchenette with coffee and espresso maker. WiFi and wireless printer. Bose sound system with bluetooth wifi connection. Comfortable lounge area with dining and work table. One flight of stairs up- no elevator. We promise, it's worth it! Listed rate is for 40 people max. Base price for production. Events/offsites begin at $300/hr Pricing based 8am-6pm. Weekday Evening: $400/hr Weekend rates begin at $350/hr 8am-6pm, $450/hr evenings. Our studio loft is equipped to host creatives spanning every industry. We offer a robust assortment of grip and expendables at budget friendly prices. We are creative thinkers and problem solvers; our staff is warm and accommodating and expect to go above and beyond to allow you to create with ease and flexibility.

Marni's space was absolutely beautiful (as seen in photos!) and it was the perfect location for our small wedding! Marni was a great help both leading up to the day and during the event to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was prompt with answering emails and questions and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable celebrating our special day in this beautiful location.

Working with Marni was absolutely fantastic! She was very responsive throughout the entire booking process and very flexible with our team needing to arrive early for set up. She made sure the space was thoroughly cleaned before our yoga event started and added small touches to the bathrooms and kitchen to set the mood. Marni & Willa were both on available on site throughout the duration of the event and were responsive to any questions or needs regarding the space! We'll definitely come again soon :).

- -No smoking -No access to roof or fire escape -No selling of alcohol -We ask that you leave the space in the condition you found it in. -No bands -Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors -All rentals must include setup and cleanup time. -Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request -A member of our staff will be on-site in a separate office for any issues that may arise -must sign covid safety guidelines
