The event space is new and designed to fit a wide range of events. It is on the ground floor and is easily accessible. 1:00am is the latest time to occupy (sorry no exceptions) the space so guests should clear out by midnight or 12:30am at the latest to allow for clean up. Due to high demand, we do not provide advanced showings of the space but the pictures are accurate! -TV and speaker A/V hookups can be arranged as well. -Alcohol and catering is allowed -Wine storage fridge - Access to a smoking area and outside park - 2 bathrooms -Optional cooler upon request Chair Situation: Sit down tables seat 20 9 bar chairs 2 couches and 2 lounge chairs 10 more chairs can be provided if required You can bring in your own furniture if you let us know in advance. Parking - The building has paid parking, there is metered street parking or if you're lucky, some free parking Access by public Transit: Closest Subway is St Andrews station then take the King Street Car. Note: - Due to the high volume of inquiries, we do not show the space prior to booking. The pictures are accurate! - We use a separate calendar platform for availabilities so we will have to confirm availability with the inquiry. Rental time is by the hour and includes anytime you need for set up and cleanup. Please provide the total time window you want to access the space in your request so we can quote accurately.

Booking time includes any set up and clean up time. Some exceptions can be made for early set up upon request. You may rearrange the space but it must be put back how it was left. Furniture cannot be removed. If there is a need to bring in additional furniture, please let us know in advance. Alcoholic beverages must be stay in the event space. All garbage is to be placed in garbage bags and left in the kitchen, taking care not to stain the furniture. Our cleaning staff will take the bags and recycling out. Any excessive drunkenness, rowdy or inappropriate behaviour of any nature is grounds to stop the event with no refund and no return of the damage deposit. No use of adhesive tape is permitted except for masking tape to affix decorations to the walls, door panel or similar finishing within the room, and the any such tape must be removed. Any marks left by either the installation or removal of decorations must be repaired or the cost to do so will be deducted from security/damage deposit. All personal belongings and decorations, including all objects not belonging to the space must be removed and the room is to be cleaned and left in the same condition as supplied by no later than 1:00 am. For ease of access, a rough guest list is required at least two days before the event. It doesn't have to be completely accurate, it's just so the security guard can let guests buzz in without having to sign in when they arrive. Due to building rules you may not sell tickets at the door. There is $50 cancellation fee if canceled with at least 20 days prior to the event 30% cancellation fee within 20 days Maximum Capacity is 60. Fire code! Any violation of these rules is grounds to withhold the security deposit.
You may use the sound system provided. External speakers are not permitted.

Carlos was a fantastic host! He made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us set up and load up at the end. Our event went off without a hitch,smooth sailing all the way. Guests all complimented the venue, ample and affordable parking, ambiance was wonderful. Would definitely book again!
