The event space is new and designed to fit a wide range of events. It is on the ground floor and is easily accessible. 20% discount for weekday events 20% discount for less than 40 guests Day Rate is for 8 hours 1:00am is the latest time to occupy the space so please don't ask for longer than this as it's not possible! Booking time includes any set up time and teardown/cleanup -TV and speaker A/V hookups can be arranged as well. -Alcohol and catering is allowed -Wine storage fridge - Access to a smoking area and outside park - 2 bathrooms -Optional Microwave upon request Chair Situation: Sit down tables seat 20 9 bar chairs 2 couches and 2 lounge chairs More chairs can be provided if required You can bring in your own furniture if you let us know in advance. Booking time includes any set up and clean up time. Some exceptions can be made for early set up upon request. You may rearrange the space but it must be put back how it was left. Furniture cannot be removed. If there is a need to bring in additional furniture, please let us know in advance. Alcoholic beverages must be stay in the event space. All garbage is to be placed in garbage bags and left in the kitchen, taking care not to stain the furniture. Our cleaning staff will take the bags and recycling out. Any excessive drunkenness, rowdy or inappropriate behaviour of any nature is grounds to stop the event with no refund and no return of the damage deposit. No use of adhesive tape is permitted except for masking tape to affix decorations to the walls, door panel or similar finishing within the room, and the any such tape must be removed. Any marks left by either the installation or removal of decorations must be repaired or the cost to do so will be deducted from security/damage deposit. All personal belongings and decorations, including all objects not belonging to the space must be removed and the room is to be cleaned and left in the same condition as supplied by no later than 1:00 am. For ease of access, a rough guest list is required at least two days before the event. It doesn't have to be completely accurate, it's just so the security guard can let guests buzz in without having to sign in when they arrive. Due to building rules you may not sell tickets at the door. There is $50 cancellation fee if canceled with at least 20 days prior to the event 30% cancellation fee within 20 days Maximum Capacity is 60. Fire code! Any violation of these rules is grounds to withhold the security deposit.
