About the Space

The 10th Floor Studio is 2,000 sq feet and features smooth, concrete floors, a fireplace flanked by tall bookcases, and a fully functional kitchen with a moveable island. It comes with a variety of living room furniture and props. We have been a New York institution for almost 25 years. Located in Manhattan, we have three indoor loft spaces and a roof deck with a gorgeous view of the Empire State Building and other midtown landmarks. All of our studios come fully furnished with a variety of decorated home environments.
