We are a fully licensed, private, speakeasy style event space that is fully capable of hosting any type of gathering or performance (including live music). The event space is located in the basement of Wenona Craft Beer Lodge.
Describe the type of event that you’re looking to host and we’ll tailor a floor plan that best suits your group. The space features 10 draught lines pouring Ontario’s finest craft beers and a full selection of liquor, wine, and cider. The space is fully equipped for all audio and video applications. 25+
Booking fee of $400 which includes a dedicated server for your guests. A 25% commission will be added to any event charging cover at the door. Cover charge and attendance at the event must be discussed before booking is finalized.
We have a zero-tolerance policy in regards to illegal drugs. If drugs are brought into the restaurant the event will immediately be stopped, no refunds will be given.
Botanical Event Space
The beauty of this venue is it's self-transformation. The wall and ceiling installations can be customized to be arranged with any fresh cut bloom, in any colour scheme making each wall a personalized photo backdrop.
With a guest capacity of 80 people seated and 130 standing - the green room makes for a dynamic cocktail lounge area, while the white room greets guests with a warm pristine ambiance. A perfect venue for boutique weddings, corporate events, private dinner parties, birthday parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, PR launches, showers, workshops and pop up shops.
Event Party Room
This is a 550 sq.ft basement space with private entrance, it comes with two washrooms(man’s & woman’s ),tables and chairs are included in the rental price.

Our space is available from 9:00am in the morning until 2:00am ( after midnight ).
Here is our rental rate.
Monday to Thursday.
$55/per hour. Or $395/8 hours.
Friday —Sunday and Holidays .
$65/per hour. or $445/8 hours.
Christmas Eve is $ $495.00/8 hours.
New year eve is $595.00/8 hours
Minimum 6 hours Rental is required on weekends.
TV is available for rent at $35. extra/per booking.
Special occasion permit ( liquor permit) is required if you are going to have alcohol at your party/event at your own cost.
Also we need liquor liability insurance to be in place if you are going to have alcohol at your party.
Liquor liability insurance will be $150.00 extra to be added to your booking.
Please note that we don’t allow any outside speakers. We provide Bluetooth party rocket speaker.
We require that everyone is fully vaccinated and no more than 25 people indoor.
Please note that candles and glitters are not allowed.

More details: The Peace Office is in the first floor of a house on quiet residential street. Ten-foot ceilings, antique trim, architecturally interesting.
Access: Street parking, minutes from TTC and West Toronto Railpath bike path.
Amenities: Walk to Stockyards Centre for numerous restaurants or to Dundas Street West for gourmet options.
Booking Hours: The day rate includes 8 continuous hours between 9-9, e.g., 9-5, 1-9. Additional hours are $20 and must be reserved at the time of booking. For events outside normal hours, please contact me.

Coat check is included with every booking, for the convenience of the guest. We always encourage our guests to create signature cocktails to add personalization to their event!
This event space offers sophistication and charm with a modern Toronto twist. We have a very special look to our space. Our warm earthy tones allows events to be very inviting and intimate. We carefully sought out rare antique décor pieces, custom made paintings and fresh blooms for every season.
Our custom made sound equipment and specially LED up lighting is included with every special event booking, this adds personalization and a wow factor.
A great event cannot be complete without great food and drinks. Our staff are deeply passionate about what they do, and express their capabilities, creating only quality beverages on our show stopping grand bar. We also like to recommend the best caterers in Toronto to accompany our lavish cocktails. The 805 Studio does not have a kitchen on site, but we welcome outside vendors. A special note: Our venue has undergone renovations for a few important reasons. We made important changes to the venue space to make any event safer and most of all better!
The possibilities are endless at our space. We offer up a large roster of the best DJs/VJ's in Toronto, in house services that can be applied to any event such as a white dance floor, staging, back dropping, Decor and flower arrangements, video distribution, event planning and more.

This inviting venue is ideal for gallery shows, short term / pop-up or micro retail, meetings or professional events, classes & workshops, special events, etc. Bright, open, hardwood floors, tin ceilings, 17 feet of retail window frontage with elegant vintage style recessed doorway, freshly renovated. In the bustling and rejuvenated Junction Triangle neighbourhood. Fantastic walk-by traffic, high visibility, near restaurants and patios. The space is located in the front portion of an artist/coworking collective, contributing to visibility, traffic, and a creative, energizing vibe.
Please give us some info about your event and requirements when sending a booking request; things like type of usage, expected number of attendees, setup requirements like seating, tales, equipment, etc. We're particularly keen to host events that have some sort of art, craft, technology, educational or cultural element to them and align with our mission as a collective.
Our standard rates are:
$230 + HST / weekday (plus $50 setup & cleaning fee)

We have created a beautiful open concept space with tons of natural light ideal for hosting events. The space is approximately 5,000 sqft. The building is located steps away from Princess of Wales Theatre, Royal Alexandra Theatre, and Roy Thomson Hall in the trendy downtown Entertainment District. The space is a large open concept space that can fit approximately 300 people standing and 150 people sitting.

This space is located in the Canary District, Toronto’s newest urban landscape is easily accessible off The Don Valley Parkway/Hwy 404 and Gardiner Expressway.
