The site was wonderful!! Lots of variety to do different backgrounds. But the best part was Lynn and Bruce! They were so helpful. Lynn was wonderful showing us around, offering help, providing a small pop up for shade, chairs, electrical, and just being cooperative, polite, professional and really going the extra mile. I would totally recommend the site and would definitely use it again.

We had such a great experience shooting a music video on this property! Lynne was so kind and helpful along with many other awesome residents there. She set up our base camps exactly how we needed before our arrival and had the ATV ready to go, and was available throughout the day if we had any questions. The crew bathroom was clean and the hand washing station was great to have for COVID safety. I definitely recommend adding the ATV rental on for easy transport throughout the property. Our footage turned out absolutely beautiful and we will definitely be booking again with Lynne soon, already planning some future videos around using this amazing outdoor space!
