I would absolutely return to this location in a heart-beat if another shoot arose in the Philadelphia area. Joe and the team at Billy Penn was fantastic and more accommodating than many other locations I've used. They were very communicative, helpful, and responsive to any and all requests and needs we had on-hand, and went out of their way to make the experience as pleasant and positive as possible. Moreover, the location itself was clean, gorgeous, provided all power, internet, AC/Heat, and privacy we needed, and is within close distance to a handful of restaurants and stores for food and supply runs. There was an onsite cafe, which was fantastic for quick coffee runs, and onsite community of businesses in the building that came in handy when we were missing a few pieces of equipment for our shoot (one of the businesses was a video rental house). Would absolutely recommend using this location, and look forward to using the location again for future shoots in the Philadelphia area.
