We're happy to share our 1920's modern Spanish-style home with you. It's perfect for any shoot! From the exterior to the interior, the home is white, bright, and sun-drenched. From the arched doorways and windows, original hardwood floors, to the arched built-ins and hand plastered cove ceilings, this home won't dissapoint! The house is in a historical neighborhood in Long Beach. Most homes were built in 1920 and there are several palm tree-lined streets with rows of adorable Spanish homes. Inside the home, you'll find bright white walls in every room and windows everywhere providing you with tons of natural light and easy white backdrops. The styling is modern-Spanish with a touch of mid-century and minimal. The backyard is extremely spacious with lush green turf and giant birds of paradise and cacti. There's a large communal dining table, seating area and fire pit. There's also a brand new Airstream Bambi on site that can be used as well for an additional fee. It works great as a hair and makeup studio, or for shooting as well. The bathroom is updated but the kitchen is original. We've tried to restore the home as opposed to remodel it, keeping all the historical features.
