Classic large greystone in historic Uptown area
Rehabbed Chicago 2-flat building with open floorplan and large landscaped yard with pond. Unit is duplexed down with balcony off the upstairs master overlooking the backyard and flexible use options. Located close to lake and historic Uptown entertainment district.
Architecture Studio Showroom + Courtyard
The private showroom space is one of four separate suites inside of a rehabbed 1900's grocery store in Logan Square. The open floor plan and attached courtyard is ideal for creative pursuits such as film and photo shoots or chef/beverage product introductions. Large floor to ceiling windows provides fantastic natural light. Exposed brick and steel beam running through the courtyard and inside the space provides architectural interest. This is a bright, modern studio.
There is a private entrance, on a quiet side street, that opens into a vestibule leading to the space and a basement. The entry vestibule is a perfect spot to store equipment and staging gear, as is the garage. The garage off the alley, and double doors leading from the garage to the courtyard, makes for easy load-in and move out. The space consists of an open kitchen, living and dining area, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a second full bath.
We recently received a Historic Preservation Award for the newly rehabbed building (2017) and it was featured in Dwell, Curbed House Calls, Dezeen Architecture & Design Magazine, and ArchDaily.

The Ingersoll-Blackwelder House is located in the Ridge Historic District that includes the Beverly Hills and Morgan Park Neighborhoods in Chicago, Illinois.
It was built between 1874 and 1877 by Morgan Park’s developer, the Blue Island Land and Building Company, for grain broker John E. Ingersoll and his wife, Harriet Ingersoll.
The front of the home is in the Queen Anne style while the back of the home has Italianate elements. The Queen Anne style front was added by the subsequent owner after the Ingersolls, Morgan Park Village President Isaac Blackwelder. Mr. Blackwelder served as a chief of the Western Department of the Niagara Fire Insurance Company of New York. His wife, Gertrude Blackwelder was a founder of the Morgan Park Women's Club and a member of the community's school board. She was the first woman to cast a vote in a local election.
The Ingersoll-Blackwelder House is considered a contributing building located within the Ridge Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.

Vintage meet Contemporary:Open plan, Tons of light
A soothing and well-balanced condominium with loads of charm in the established Chicago neighborhood of Hyde Park. This space would be great for movie, video or photo shoots as well as intimate events (concerts, book club, small party).
Nestled two blocks from Lake Michigan, this condo is in a 3 story walk up with a greystone appeal but contemporary features. The unit is bright and open concept with a living room, dining room, kitchen and reading nook.
A long hallway ushers you to the stunning master bedroom with a thought provoking chandelier. The room is the capstone of the home which is an urbane retreat. Throughout the home are stylized details that echo some vintage, collected and historical pieces.
Impeccably designed with geometric shapes, smoothe lines and soothing color palletes. There is a spacious back patio as well. The flow of this home is pallatable and consumes all guests in a rich relaxation.

We do have a coffee maker and a microwave. We have a bathroom with a shower. Additionally we have a massive parking lot, and we do offer clients access to the warehouse facility on the premises for video and photo shoots.
