Communication was fast and the detailed instructions, including videos were so helpful! My crew and I got there and the shoot was pretty seamless. I appreciate that there is a parking lot (keep in mind its cash only and the freight elevator doesnt run on sundays.) The studio was actually better than in the pictures. Two other backgrounds to choose from, lounge area with a fireplace, wuuut?! Another Pro tip: if you're a lady, bring tp just in case. Danny was super responsive and proactive too. I'll definitely use this company again.
The space is huge for the hourly rate compared to alot of other studios I've been to. They've also got a nice white backdrop setup and a red one so that you could easily use those and not even worry about pulling own the colored backdrops. The building can be a little confusing to navigate so I would recommend watching their videos beforehand and giving yourself extra time to find the spot.
A very great and convenient space. Clean bright and great amount of equipment to use including backdrops. Easily accessible. My only critique would be I wish they provided extension cords because shooting in front of the backdrops a lot of the lighting cords barely reached. Also some of the equipment listed was broken and one the lights shut off in the middle of the shoot and ceiling lights wouldn't stop changing colors so I had to just turn it off but it would have been nice to have that overhead light as I was on the dark side of the room... easy fixes though. I would absolutely rent this space again.
The space was perfect location with grand skyline view from window, and the host Danny was very responsive and attentive. We’ll definitely shoot at this location again if opportunity arises!
