The host was great to work with, he was there early to greet me and made the production run smoothly. The space itself is beautiful in a great location that is very quiet. Was able to find plenty of nice lighting scenarios throughout the property. Looking forward to booking more with them!

Inside, you'll find an open floor plan that seamlessly flows from the living room to the kitchen and dining areas, perfect for filming scenes with large groups or intimate conversations. The high ceilings and natural light streaming through the many windows give the space an airy and spacious feel.
The outdoor living space is just as impressive which features a sparkling pool, comfortable seating areas and one of the best views of downtown Beverly Hills! The lush landscaping and stunning views of the surrounding hills make this space perfect for filming outdoor scenes or hosting a wrap party after a long day of shooting.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, with high-end appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. The adjacent dining area features a large table with seating for up to 10 guests, making it perfect for scenes that require an elegant dinner setting.
Inside, you'll find the bedrooms and additional living areas. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub and double vanity. Very easy to book from start to finish. Danny is very communicative and gets back to you quickly as stated and very transparent. We held a VIP speaking engagement for a few hours and loved that this location offers spectacular views and so much space for people to stand and sit, inside and outside, while feeling part of the action. Also great in case we have rain, etc. Alot of options. Parking is easy (cul-de-sac and adjacent road) and the concierge was very kind and accommodating. Everyone who attended was impressed by the house. Kitchen had plenty of counterspace to set out catering. Will book again! Thx!!!
