A charming backcountry retreat nestled amidst a tranquil and picturesque countryside. This amazing property offers an array of authentic features and versatile spaces making it the perfect location whether you’re producing the next Hollywood blockbuster hit or conducting a simple photoshoot. Step outside onto our expansive outdoor deck where you can take in a breathtaking panorama of rolling hills and lush greenery. This outdoor oasis features amenities such as an authentic, dated well, vintage barbecue grill and worn doghouse which all lend itself to filming period pieces! The back and side porches have a rustic allure to them and also feature an amazing view of the nearby mountain range. You’ll also find no shortage of plants and other greenery which are all native to the surrounding area. Once inside you’re greeted by one of two living spaces which comes furnished with a pool table. This first living area blends nicely into the home’s spacious kitchen which has a clear view of the surrounding mountains and hillside. Continue on and you’ll enter the second, large living space which has plenty of comfortable seating, a 75” TV as well as a freestanding, antique fireplace. The home has 2 guest bedrooms and 1 large master bedroom with a large, private bathroom. The master bathroom has a large bathtub and a separate shower unit as well as plenty of countertop space. The entire indoor area has builtin skylights so there is no shortage of natural light and also ultra-high ceilings throughout. There are also two, smaller guest bathrooms available!
