Guests MAY NOT move any of the furniture without permission. You will be charged for the "Move Furniture" add-on.
DO NOT DISTURB NEIGHBORS. The booking will be cancelled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint.
AMPLIFIED MUSIC is not allowed. You may use a bluetooth speaker.
NUMBER OF GUESTS: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for.
Guests MAY NOT congregate outside the gate in the front of the house.
