This 11,100sqft, two-story rooftop is MASSIVE and is located in the Flower District of Downtown Los Angeles. It features a sprawling and up-close view of the Downtown Los Angeles cityscape and includes several unique structures, varying facades, windows, painted walls, stairways and other aesthetic features which make it perfect for your next photoshoot, event or production! This space is production-ready! Additional rooms can be made available for cast and crew holding, video village, etc. Production equipment & lighting rentals are also available! Inquire with host. This space is event-ready! We have experience hosting everything from bridal showers to birthday parties. Event rentals are also available! Inquire with host. You'll also have access to the restroom on the 3rd floor of the building. The surrounding area is remarkably safe. Underground parking is available for $10 per vehicle and is payable with Cash, Venmo or Zelle to the parking attendant named Benito.
