Guests MUST TAKE ALL TRASH with them before they leave. We will charge a trash disposal fee if this is not done.
Make sure to clean the mansion before the end of your booking. You must take ALL TRASH with you. Will charge clean fee.
Guests MAY NOT move any of the furniture without permission. You will be charged for the "Move Furniture" add-on.
DO NOT DISTURB NEIGHBORS. The booking will be cancelled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint.
AMPLIFIED MUSIC is not allowed. You may use a bluetooth speaker.
NUMBER OF GUESTS: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for.
Guests MAY NOT congregate outside the gate in the front of the house.
The host reserves the right to IMMEDIATELY CANCEL your booking if any of these rules are violated without giving a refun
