About the Space

Kitchen and Den and Patio area. Perfect space for hosting a small gathering with full service kitchen connected to a den and direct access to an outdoor patio and yard. The kitchen space comes equipped with a 5 burner range with electronic control oven and broiler. Beautiful island counter for plenty of prep space. Additional appliances available upon request. Outdoor patio space with movie projector and screen. Ideal for a bonfire and movie or a presentation amongst friends.. Special Notes: Space is not for parties - think pregame spot. A site rep will be present for ALL events ! No events after 11pm.
