We are located in the heart of North Miami Beach just outside of Aventura. This is a transformed warehouse that is separated into 2 areas, a main warehouse space, and a private training room with the addition of a front lobby. In addition to being a state of the art fitness studio, we host events, parties, photo shoots, movie/film, pop ups, seminars and workshops. Our unique fitness facility is comprised of 3,400 square feet that is broken up into a 2,200 square foot main area and a 700 square foot side area. With our open floor platform, graffitied walls, and high ceilings, we are a great option for fitness classes, photoshoots, workshops, and seminars. We are equipt with wifi, TV, sound systems, and air conditioning. Our fitness equipment includes: dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, squat racks, leg press, cable pulldown machines, a TRX system, pull up bars, sleds, tires, ropes, footwork equipment, plyo boxes, turf and much more!
