No eating or drinking ok the white furniture.

Must return the house to its original condition at the end of the booking.

Plants and dining table cannot be moved.

Will be required to sign a liability waiver and pay a security deposit in the absence of COI.

You need to notify us in advance if you need the backyard set up and grass freshly cut. An additional fee will apply.

The upstairs loft, kitchen, bathroom and living are only available for use.
