Experience a sense of understated quiet luxury in this 2 bedroom Modern Farmhouse located just a few minutes from the Miami Design District. Charming architectural details and thoughtfully curated vintage pieces throughout lend to the atmospheric zen of this space. We renovated this 1940s home fusing it's original country-style aesthetic with minimal and modern touches inspired by elements of nature. The home features a living room, sun room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a separate vanity, washer/dryer, a front and back yard, one private parking spot. We offer generous parking space accommodating up to 15 cars, ensuring convenience for our guests. Inside, immerse yourself in our state-of-the-art music experience with TrueAudio speakers seamlessly synced both indoors and outdoors via Bluetooth connectivity. As evening falls, our meticulously placed landscape lights illuminate the backyard and the perimeter of the house, creating a captivating ambiance for nighttime events. In the garden, enchanting string lights and elegant light fixtures add a touch of charm, enhancing the overall atmosphere and making your gatherings truly magical. The large tree in the yard produces delicious avocados that can be enjoyed by our guests. Guest access We have no-contact code entry for the space.
