About the Space
Our Villa is a spacious mansion with 20' ceilings and natural light throughout (blackout shades available too). Your production, videos, photos and events will only be limited by your imagination, since this architectural beauty has countless rooms and settings for you to use or transform to your every need. The villa sits on a private a lake (with even access to two small secluded islands) with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, and available boat, Jet skis and paddle boards available for rental as well. It is an amazing resort style modern villa with all the resort amenities yet the privacy of a private home. Words can't describe everything our Villa has to offer! The layout was perfect for our needs, accommodating both indoor and outdoor activities seamlessly. The natural light that flooded the space during the day created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The highlight of the venue was undoubtedly the picturesque lakefront setting. The staff at the lakehouse were attentive, friendly, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, from setting up equipment to coordinating with our catering team. It was a perfect location for the video shoot . The house is beautiful inside and out . The house was incredible he was there the hole time in a very discreet way .
