This location is so nice! Looks exactly as pictured. I held my daughter sweet 16 party here. The owner was on site but is awesome, great personality, very helpful during the event. Words cannot express how much of an amazing experience this was. If we could give 10 stars we would. From start to finish there was open communication and nothing but willingness to help with literally ANYTHING we needed. Even with some last minute items we needed purchased our host immediately jumped on the phone for us and made it happen. All we can say is thank you and even that is not enough. I truly hope that anyone that sees this message will just stop looking for another house and realize you can have the most amazing event here. No need to look anywhere else. You will have the best party that so many will talk about for years. Stop scrolling and select this house!

Beautiful tropical home for your next event! Landscaping features all around the property with a large tiki hut. The property is on half an acre with tropical landscape in all around. There is a large waterfall feature pool which can be heated as well as a separate hot tub and outdoor shower. The Mediterranean inspired outdoor kitchen includes a large gas BBQ grill, ice maker and mini fridge. Everything you need to host your next amazing event! Inside you will find and updated and modern home with rustic touches. There is Italian marble throughout the chef's kitchen and dark bamboo floors throughout main areas.
