THIS Gallery is a small retail art gallery with a large art studio in the back. The two areas are separated by 8ft anchored bookshelf walls that can be moved if necessary. The gallery is a long and narrow street-level retail unit with an angled window at the front and a separate utility room at the back. Everything is painted white except for the front and back walls, which are painted black. The ceilings are 10 ft high with exposed struts and some pipes and conduit all painted white. There is track lighting from front to back. Furnishings include a large table and benches, an 8 ft countertop height workbench (white), and a standing desk (on wheels). All can be included or removed. THIS Gallery is a functioning commercial art gallery and can NOT be rented for public art exhibitions. However, art can be staged for photo shoots, commercial shoots or film shoots. Art can also be provided for these shoots at the discretion of the artistic director. It is perfect for photo-film shoots, private events, business meetings, workshops, art-related activities, and any similar activities. Please include a description of your event, expected attendance, and dates when messaging.
