Welcome to the Orange Door Bungalow! Projects we welcome are Still Shot Photography and all Film/Television Productions*, including Student Projects (inquire about student discounts), and *music videos. *See bottom regarding children on set and music videos. DEPOSIT: Refundable deposit required. LOCATION: Built in 1968, The Orange Door Bungalow is cozy 5 bedroom and 3 full bath ranch style house nestled in a very sought after zip code within 17 mins to Hartsfield Jackson International airport and downtown Atlanta. This 4 sided brick open concept has been completely renovated, featuring original hardwood flooring on the main level, stainless steel appliances, granite tops and more. Finished full daylight basement offering 3 bedrooms, full bath & a sitting area. EVENTS: Small events are permitted.  Contact management for more information. SET CARE: No person is to be lying, sitting or sleeping on beds. Beds are for filming only. Management will handle all beds setup or furniture removal. *Children on Set All children must be accompanied by legal guardian at all times. We ask that all productions comply with child labor laws. Any productions not adhering will be shut down and charge a fee. *Music Videos For safety of all, music video productions must provide call sheet listing cast/extras. Female cast allowed 1 assistant. Artists up to 4 guests (excluding managers/stylists). Names not listed will be asked to leave or production will be shutdown. Loud music cannot be played on property past 8pm EST. ABSOLUTELY NO FIREARMS/DRUGS allowed on property. Please emphasize this with cast, artist(s) & their management. Property is to be returned post booking in same condition as given. Logistics: Any other logistics are reviewed with guests once booking is confirmed. Guests are allowed to street parking. Public transportation is also available and readily accessible. Special Rates: Returning customers are eligible for a 10% discount. Discounts are also available for bookings over 8 hours.
