Large impact network/commercial filming will require a customized fee schedule. One-of-a-kind, 18th century historic landmark best for Film+Photo shoots. The property has 2 floors, 2 hallways full of sunlight, 6+ unique rooms, 1 bathroom, spacious outdoor deck and enormous garden with a seating space. Few minutes away from the bus/train stations, this location offers an easy access for the crew. We manage several locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn and have experience in production. When you book one of our spaces, you'll be connected to an on-site representative who will be with you throughout your production to orient you in the space and answer any questions. Please note, some rooms are upstairs. Any crews over 20 people will need to hold offsite. A certificate of insurance is required of all productions. Upon booking this location it's required to sign a Location Agreement. Absence of a signed Location Agreement can lead to the host cancelling the booking. Location Rules

No smoking
No alcohol
Production crew, cast, and client will stay in designated and approved areas
No open flames (e.g. lit candles) are allowed in the house or on the porch.
Haze machines allowed on a case by case basis.
Do not remove or otherwise disengage smoke detectors within the house unless expressly permitted in advance.
If fire extinguishers are moved for production, they must be returned to their original position at the end of each day
Do not use any objects in the house without express permission
No tapes, glue, nails, stapes or other destructive attachment methods allowed
If tape must be used, it must be low adhesive tape (e.g. blue painters’ tape)
All stands must have tennis balls on their feet and be properly sandbagged.
Hot lights must be kept a safe distance from walls and wallpaper.
Large productions must use Rhinoboard or lauan in high traffic areas.
Production crew, cast, and client will stay in designated and approved areas.
Dogs, or other animals, except for service animals, are not permitted anywhere inside the grounds.
You will not engage in any unlawful activity on site.
If you damage the property in any way, it is the production company’s sole responsibility to repair and/or pay the cost.
It is the responsibility of the production company to return the location to its original look and condition.
Use of restroom(s) for a crew of 15 people or less is allowed
