About the Space

Straight open space in front with 1 bathroom and hvac equipped. Back of the space has no hvac. However has basic kitchen area. Including a vintage oven. 1 washroom. A functioning old elevator connecting to the basement which can be a possible rental space as well. The basement stretches the length of the building. It has a couple of makeshift rooms. In time I will be clearing out all items and then repost new pictures.

    “Wonderful” space! Many options of areas to shoot, the host was fantastic, accessible, and assisted us on everything we needed. I would definitely recommend.. two thumbs up.
