About the Space

Straight open space in front with 1 bathroom and hvac equipped. Back of the space has no hvac. However has basic kitchen area. Including a vintage oven. 1 washroom. A functioning old elevator connecting to the basement which can be a possible rental space as well. The basement stretches the length of the building. It has a couple of makeshift rooms. In time I will be clearing out all items and then repost new pictures.
