NOTE: The space is NOT 100% soundproof, outside sounds can be heard sometimes, weekends are more quiet. Use of the correct directional mics will minimize any interference.
IMPORTANT-YOUR STUDIO RENTAL TIME INCLUDES TOTAL TIME OF THE FOLLOWING:
* Load In
* Set Up
* Production/Shoot
* Break Down
* Clean Up
* Load Out
Example: If you require FOUR (4) hours of actual shoot time, be sure to book the studio for FIVE (5) or SIX (6) HOURS to allow for the above, depending on the production.
Overtime is charged in 15 minute increments of the rental rate past your scheduled time slot.
ARRIVE ON TIME: There is no grace period for late arrivals or starts and it will cut into your actual rental time slot.
IF STUDIO FINDS IT NECESSARY TO REQUIRE GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUMS WILL APPLY:
A. COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY DEEMED PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY
B. $1,000,000 PER OCCURRENCE AND ANNUAL AGGREGATE
C. MUST NAME STUDIO AS AN ADDITIONAL INSURED
