Welcome to our lovely and spacious modern single family home, located 5 miles away from the Las Vegas Strip.
The house faces North and South. The entire lot is 6000 sq. ft. The house is 1584 sq. ft.
There is a beautiful private outdoor patio with inground pool, jacuzzi, BBQ area, fire pit with seating, hammock swing, and beautiful stone foundation. The gate on the side of the house gives easy access for production equipment or event catering. The garage is attached to allow for storage and additional access to this area.
The living room has a high vaulted ceiling, beautiful wood flooring, fireplace, dimmable lighting, and 75" mounted Flat Screen Smart TV. The kitchen has beautiful tile floors, stainless steel appliances, delightful dining area, and a moveable island. This area is great for meetings. A projector with 200" screen, printer, and high speed wifi are available upon request. The master bedroom has a California King size bed, dresser, and full (newly updated) bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. One bedroom has been turned into a full walk-in closet with a shoe wall on the left side and clothing rack with drawer in the middle on the right side, there is a steamer available upon request. Another bedroom has been turned into a gym with mirrors on all the walls, mounted 32" Smart TV, kettlebells, mini workout trampoline, pull up bar, 8lb slam ball, heavy jump rope, 5lb/10lb dumbbells, inertia wave battle ropes, stepper with riser, TRX, ab ball, ab wheel, squat bands (small, medium, and large), barbell with 5lb or 10lb plates, foam roller, yoga mats, and the floor is equipped with gym mats. The spare bedroom has a queen bed, newly updated closet and beautiful wood floor. The second bathroom is a fully equipped with tub and shower combo, sink, and toilet. This bathroom is a great space to do hair and makeup.
NOTE: We have a cat and dog on property if you have allergies or issues please let us know and we will accommodate accordingly. I do leave my cat locked in the master bedroom for all bookings.

FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION
Please be upfront with what you are looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success! HOLDS
Dates are available on first book/first serve basis and will not be held without deposit or reservation.
SCOUTING
We are happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are meant for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to availability, and we will accommodate scouts during other guests' reservations/productions.
All bookings start and end times need to include set up and tear down.
NOISE
We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noises to a minimum. Curfew is from 10 PM to 7 AM.
POOL
Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty at any time. If you request that the pool be heated there is a $400 additional fee (pool requires 1 degree per hour to heat, and will need a 48 hour notice prior to booking). Spa heating is included in booking.
