About the Space
Colorful 1960’s Mid-Century Modern Home with two covered, furnished patios, pool (bring or rent towels) with diving board and yard. Lots of vintage furniture and artwork throughout. (Ages 12 and up only or a $250 violation fee will be imposed) *Event insurance, liability, is required by Giggster. If not purchased at check-out, it is available through http://theeventhelper.com#th7y0g* ($99 Damage Protection does not cover liability) A Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be provided if you go through a different insurance company. Vendors must also send their proof of liability insurance, or they too may use the above Event Helper link. Thank you.

Fabulous in every way. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, when you pull up it stand out in the best way! Inside everything is meticulously curated to be both “Vegas” and retro. The pool was adorable and CLEAN. So nice. Ivy was an amazing host and made everything so great. Definitely recommend booking here and we will be back!

We were thrilled with this property. Plenty of space for all of our guests, and the owners allowed us to deliver our supplies the day before which made decorating for our surprise party a lot easier on the day of the event. The owners were hospitable and kind. Our guests were very impressed with the location. The house itself was decorated fabulously, and the outdoor area was extremely accommodating. We were able to rent additional tables, the grill, the putting green and make our own food. I would recommend this location to anyone!

We had our wedding party at this beautiful house, and our guests loved it as much as we did! Back yard is spacious, has a pool and a nice area for seating with comfy outdoor furniture, and some cute colorful chairs and small tables. We especially loved the purple lights outside, and our great and helpful host Ivy! All in all we loved it and heartily recommend it!

Had my daughters High School grad party here. Great place to have any party. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Spacious and beautiful home with that 60s vibe! My Cali visitors were very impressed with the place as so was I. Ivy and Agnes were very helpful and answered all my questions no matter how small. A+++++

I had a 65th birthday party for my wife at this amazing house. Decorated 60’s style yet modern. My guest loved the house. I originally was going to book a restaurant but we brought food in and we were able to socialize with each other . So much better !! Ivy was very accommodating and answered all my questions before booking. Very easy process from start to finish. Thank you Ivy for a memorable experience!!!!!!

We had our wedding reception here, and I can't say enough good things about Ivy and her space! First off, it's even cooler than it looks in the pictures (tons of fun little midcentury modern tidbits to discover). The pool deck is beautiful. The artwork on the walls is grerat. And Ivy herself is a great host; she was so accommodating – she even managed to get another booking moved around so we could celebrate our special day in style. It was the perfect thing for our eclectic group of weirdos.

This place is PERFECT! We had 70th surprise birthday party for my mom. The home, pool, parking and grounds were excellent. Better than the pictures. The guests loved the home and the decor. The pool was great especially for the kids! Ms. Ivy was amazing and accommodating. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. This place was very nice clean. The guest were very welcoming. The pool was nice and cold. There’s a fridge outback for your drinks. Extra room bathroom all of them. You might need recommend five star rating all the way.
