About the Space
My space is perfect for photo shoots, productions, documentaries, and interviews. It also offers space for meetings. Pleasant ambience, with lots of light. Beautiful entry with creative entrance. Winding staircase that overlooks formal living room. High ceilings all around. Formal living room is to the left, leading into modern, updated dining room. Open concept kitchen and family room. Downstairs bathroom. Picturesque backyard, with beautiful pool and lots of areas for seating. Semi-kitchen area, with sink and grill. 90" TV in covered area in backyard, can be used for meetings.

If I was awarded the opportunity to leave a 6th star I would . The house was absolutely beautiful and spacious . Bethany was perfect she ensured that the day went perfect and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed . If you need to rent a space out in Vegas this location is absolutely perfect . Thank you so much Bethany for making our first Vegas experience perfect !

Wonderful time here! I had my wedding here and it was the best decision. Bethany’s house is so beautiful and she was the perfect host. Very polite and attended to anything I needed. I 100% percent recommend renting her house for your events.
