About the Space
Welcome retro lovers! Our vintage 1970s mid century home is 5000 square feet and just a few minutes from the Las Vegas Strip on the west side on the Stratosphere end! We're located in the groovy historic celebrity neighborhood of Alta Drive / Palomino Estates right around the corner from Michael Jackson's Thriller Villa! ***FREE Powered Speaker and tablet comes with every booking! ***Check out our amazing ADD-ONS Section, we have everything you need to rent for the grooviest event ever! ***DESCRIPTION: "Set-Ready" staged space great for parties, holiday parties, weddings, wedding receptions, birthday parties, 70s themed parties, photo shoots, video shoots, film shoots, stylish hip celebrations, entertaining, meetings, networking events, meetups, baby showers and showcases. A photographer's and filmmaker's dream w/ themed rooms (tiki jungle room green room/dressing room, 70s retro wallpaper room, 70s retro living room with conversation pit and bar, Prince-themed room, etc.) Huge backyard w/ extra large 3'-10' deep saltwater lap pool, palm trees, lounge chairs, lawn area, and 2 huge cement stages / platforms! Our space accommodates large events / large attendance. You can also add-on the new Tiki Bar/Area! Large (22'x33') unique family room 70s decor with rare conversation pit / huge stone fireplace | conversation pit area covering a 16' wall. Awesome 70s stone cocktail bar, 12'-16' ceilings. Room can also double as Dance Floor area. Can easily fit 75 dancers. Sound system is also be set up in that room. PRINCE ROOM! Our purple tribute to the icon Prince! Large (35'x25') Wallpapered Living Room w/ 70s FUNKY motif / art lounge. Kitchen / Dining Nook. There are two large empty mini fridges available for your exclusive use (one in the bar area and one in the backyard) and 5 ice chests for you! Bar fridge is big enough to accommodate a cake. Access to full sized refrigerator not available. 2 full bathrooms w/ showers. Chill Dressing Room | Jungle Room Gated RV Parking on side of the house can accommodate a food truck ! Please park off-street if you can in large semi-circle driveway or field next to the house! HOUSE RULES (Thank you!) EVENT INSURANCE is now required: Go to https://www.theeventhelper.com/#VWe0NJ or buy at checkout here on Giggster. ***Please book all SET UP time & CLEAN UP TIME / BREAKDOWN within your booking hours. This includes any staff/vendors. ***Please allow yourself enough time to clean up. We have to have all guests out of the space entirely by your end time. We have early shoots typically the next day. If you need chairs/tables etc. dropped off ahead of time from a rental company, let us know in advance. They can only be picked up the next day if we don't have another rental that day. ***If you need us to move furniture out of a room, please ask in advance. There is a furniture reset fee located in the add-on section. Please don't move any furniture around or out of the Wallpaper Room so as not to damage the floor. ***NO TICKETED EVENTS, NO CASH APP PARTIES***we're not zoned for any private or public "ticketed" events. You can bring alcohol into the space but please don't sell it. NO CONFETTI or anything throw on floor on purpose. There is a $200 fee if used. No smoking of any kind inside. Security cameras are active for your protection :).

Everything went very smoothly, Agnes food was very tasty and it wasn't a problem making any quick changes to the booking and services. Agnes also helped us shopping. Enjoy their place and their stories about the historical neighborhood and their residents.

This was such a cool place to use as a reception area for our Vegas destination wedding, even better in person. The hosts were so responsive and helpful when we arrived and even lets us add additional hours into the evening because our guests didn’t want to leave! We added on an audio guestbook as well which was set up so nicely and got the audio files less than 24 hours later. The vibes were immaculate and we recommend for any event!

Perfect, unique, and Very Cool!! We used this space for a wedding reception for about 25 people. It was fantastic! Wonderful hosts and unique property that was enjoyed by everyone! Lots of great places to take photos. Very spacious. Amazing art, music, and Vegas history on every wall. Would recommend!!

Alicia helped us plan our reception from London and it was seamless! She was always there to answer the smallest and silliest of questions. What a venue! Everybody loved it so much. So much character and so much fun. House DJ Eric was superb...no queue of people making requests because the music had the dance floor packed for 4 hours. We can not recommend the location highly enough...if you want something a little (a lot) different from your standard bar/hotel knees up, look no further. Thank you so much x
