About the Space

Known as the Variety Preview Room, this event venue provides a lounge/reception area and a 47 seat private screening room. It is also the fundraising arm of Variety - the Children's Charity Northern California, so every rental goes to support our mission of helping developmentally delayed, disabled and low income children in greater Northern and Central California. Located inside a 100+ year old building in the heart of the Financial District, we provide easy access via a street level entrance. Venue rental is inclusive of the items listed below as well as a floating staff member and A/V tech to assist your needs. Lounge and professional screening room. Stockable bar and refreshments can be provided. This space has hosted events for clients ranging in dance performances, acoustic sets, music video filming, art shows, comics reviews, professional film screenings, fan events to watch all sorts of sports, many proposals and so much more! And, don't forget, all proceeds benefit our charity to serve disabled and disadvantaged children in Northern and Central California.
