This roof top deck is perfect for any small party, meeting or gathering. The space includes flexible lounge seating, grilling stations and stunning views of Downtown DC. This space is located within a residential apartment building. Your guests would be entering through the front lobby and taking an elevator up to the space. We would request you have a person designated in the lobby to greet your guests and escort them up to the space. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space.
