About the Space

Spacious, classic mid-century home is situated on a private acre partially shaded by mature trees and with a sunny pool, surround deck, and backyard lawn areas. Enjoy the large elevated deck, screened-in porch, covered front porch, furnished patios, and large (20 by 40 by 10 foot deep) meticulously-maintained private pool available May through September. Additional Amenities: Propane grill and utensils. Basketball, volleyball, lounge chairs, umbrella tables. Enjoy midtown skyline views on winter nights. For work or study, each bedroom is equipped with a quiet, well-lit workspace with fast WiFi and ethernet. The home comfortably accommodates 14 guests: 8 guests in the four main-level bedrooms (one bedroom with a king bed and three bedrooms each with a queen bed); 6 guests in the large terrace-level bedroom and bathroom (a queen Tempur-pedic memory foam adjustable bed, a high-quality queen futon, and twin bunkbeds.) This large, quiet downstairs room with 40-inch TV, adjoining bathroom, and exit to pool area, is ideal for up to six guests who prefer to share a sleeping space. Two miles to the new Sandy Springs City Center and Performing Arts. Less than five-mile Uber to Braves' stadium and the nightlife-packed Battery. Close by Buckhead for shopping and restaurants. Quick access to midtown, airport, all interstates. A few popular destinations outside of the metro area which make great day trips: Stone Mountain, Six Flags over Georgia, Six Flags WhiteWater, Callaway Gardens, North Georgia Mountain hiking and waterfalls, area golf courses, or Chattahoochee Recreation areas and hiking. Hourly rate shown is based on a still photo shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less for a minimum of 10 hours.
