This Art studio/gallery space is easily accessible from the freeway and easy load-in/loadout capability via the freight elevator that opens up straight into the loft space. There are 5 L-shaped walls on castors and track lighting on dimmers that give the gallery side of the loft the option to create an intimate setting or open up the space to the full scale of the loft. The art studio side has a conference room, desks to host workshops or vendors and amply space to create any environment. Pictures do not do the magic of this space Justice!
