Enjoy a beautiful pool and outdoor entertainment area, complete with a gazebo and grill. The property features a private dock, perfect for launching kayaks or fishing. Ideally located at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, it’s within walking distance of a house of worship. The northern canal offers direct access to the lake for jet skiing, while the southern canal provides ocean access through two fixed bridges. Large groups are welcome, though an additional fee may apply. *Strict parking policy: a maximum of 2 cars is allowed at all times (police enforced). Additional cars may be parked at a nearby lot 5-10 minutes away. Please note, events are not permitted at this home. If you're interested in hosting an event, ask about our event-approved property for an additional fee. Additional fees may apply for: Guests beyond 8 (including children and infants). This fee is automatically included for groups over 16—contact the host for more details.
