Outdoor Pool Compound with Clubhouse and Grilling

About the Space

Our facility is a large outdoor pool complex with a clubhouse, balcony, two grilling areas, pavilions, basketball courts, volleyball court, kids pool, 25-yard pool, diving board, deep end, restrooms, showers, and on-site parking. We welcome guests to enjoy this space for summer activities, parties, corporate events, photo shoots, commercials, podcasts, video shoots, live music, weddings, receptions, and many other special events. This is an amazing venue whether you just need the clubhouse for a private function or would like to take advantage of adding on the swimming pool and grilling areas for a larger event. Please read below for instructions for booking. We require a 4-hour minimum booking, however, on some occasions, we will approve a shorter duration. Please send an inquiry for any questions. To reserve this venue you must book the base rental ( clubhouse ) and then you may choose the other areas that you would like to add to your booking. The base rental includes the clubhouse only at the rate listed of $125/hour. The clubhouse is a cabin-like structure with tall open ceilings, a pool table, a foosball table, a ping pong table, and a balcony overlooking the pool. This area may be used for parties, receptions, meetings, special events, etc. ADD ONS 1. Grill/Patio Area ( this is the area with picnic tables and the large flat grill ) $85/hour 2. Pool & Pool Deck ( this is the entire swimming pool/ lawn chairs/ and deck area ) $175 3. Basketball Court ( Basketball court includes basketball ) $30/hour 4. Volleyball Court ( Volleyball court includes volleyball) $30/hour 5. Pavillion (poolside large wooden pavilion to the East of the pool) $60/hour
