About the Space

This open concept home blends traditional and current design. It is perfect for video and film production, meetings, and lifestyle photo shoots. Our warm and inviting home has been published and featured on home /garden tours. Featuring both high and vaulted ceilings it has lots of great natural light. The hardwood floors and neutral furnishings are accented by an eclectic art collection and curated bookshelf displays. Beautiful exterior spaces include an outdoor room with fireplace, pool and spa, pool bath, built in bbq counter, outdoor shower and covered dining. Indoor and outdoor dining are ideal for featuring tablescapes. A large chef’s kitchen with marble counters and stainless appliances is perfect for cooking demonstrations. A marble surround tub is a focal point of the primary bath. Upstairs, cozy built in reading nooks and a shuffleboard table round out the adult/kids playroom.

    I had the pleasure of renting this gorgeous house for a photoshoot, and it exceeded all expectations. The owner's warm and accommodating nature made us feel right at home.     Great home with lots of natural light. We loved the modern interior aspects but also the mixture of artwork throughout the home. Bridget was super kind and accommodating for our shoot.
