The main room accommodates up to 60 guests for a standing cocktail-style gathering, with additional bar seating around the elegant kitchen island. The showroom also includes a refined conference room with custom cabinetry, a Bosch professional coffee machine, beverage fridge, and an 85" plasma TV. This space comfortably hosts private meetings or small group sessions for up to 10 people. A full luxury kitchen anchors the space, equipped with top-tier appliances including an AGA induction stove and oven, Miele coffee maker, ice maker, two Sub-Zero refrigerators with freezer drawers, Sub-Zero microwave and speed oven, Cove dishwasher, and an industrial sink. The showroom is also enhanced with OASIS Smart Home audio and visual systems, built-in speakers, a 75" plasma TV, and a unique 75" flat-screen display that drops down from the ceiling. Smart controls manage lighting and media, including Spotify, Pandora, Roku, and Netflix. DOCA European custom-made cabinetry with natural stone countertops is featured throughout. A striking powder room showcases floor-to-ceiling white Calacatta stone, refined cabinetry, and an automated heated toilet. Two additional beautifully finished restrooms are conveniently located just outside the conference room.
