This stunning designer home features 3350 sq.ft. on an oversized 9600 sq.ft. lot and was newly constructed in 2017. Soaring 20 ft ceilings with custom wood beams accent the great room and designer kitchen. Ample natural light pours in from the skylight windows. Gourmet kitchen with professional-grade appliances, Ceaserstone countertops and large walk-in pantry. 15-foot Bi-fold doors off the back of the house open up to the backyard to allow for an open flow. The entertainer's backyard has a large grassy area, custom chicken coup with chickens, raised veggie garden beds, 7 different fruit trees and a Cowboy Cauldron fire pit. Downstairs areas are all available for filming including a bedroom and bathroom with high ceilings as well as an oversized two-car garage for production storage or catering space.
