This open concept Newport Beach home is located minutes from the beach, Fashion Island, and the Back Bay. It is recently remodeled with current on-tending finishings and features a large front yard and beautiful backyard. The backyard has a pool, a pool house, an island with a build in BBQ, and amble dining and lounging seating. The landscaping is mature, well manicured, and also has a vibrant fruit and vegetable garden. We welcome photoshoots, videography, and more.
