About the Space
This house is the epitome of a soft modern mid century home with many unique spaces to create whatever modern home based scene you need. Activities include anything from outdoor sports, firepit gatherings or dining to indoor lounging by or swimming in the pool, cooking or working out. The layout is very open with white oak plank floors and vaulted ceilings. There are many defined and unique spaces including - Fire Pit fountain outdoor lounge and walkup - Soft modern luxury front living room - indoor gas fireplace - private court yard with pool - Huge glass pivot front door - bifold doors that open the entire house to the courtyard - Chefs kitchen dining area and family room in one large open space - Four bedrooms one adult design two kids one boy one girl - big grass backyard - outdoor dining space - bar room - home gym equipment including peloton - master courtyard olive tree and bougainvillea - Modern driveway and modern wood garage door Location Scouting If necessary and upon request, We will do our best to accommodate one complimentary 30-minute scout prior to booking, pending availability and scheduling. Additional scouts must take place after a booking is confirmed and will be billed at $200 per 30 minutes as an add on to the booking, provided we’re able to accommodate.

This home was the perfect space for our group of 15! Every room was filled with beautiful natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. The outdoor areas were a highlight — from the stunning pool and patio to the well-maintained grassy backyard, there was plenty of options for our backdrop needs. Not to mention that the home and interiors were beautiful options as well for our needs. The owners were very communicative, helpful and responsive to our inquiries. We’d absolutely rent this home again!
